Conflict Resolution Training
I offer highly involved, hands-on trainings for groups up to 30 participants.
Training lasts from 1 to 3 hours, and participants learn long-forgotten skills such as listening, managing emotions, deescalation, and framing dialogue conducive to cooperation.
Competency Training
Start the onboarding process right by training new hires in vital conflict and communication skills. Competency training is perfect for smaller groups to receive personalized training.
