2. How to be More Present in a Conversation

In this seminar, participants will learn the following:
- How to recognize and remove common listening roadblocks
- How to listen to gain understanding
- How to express and encourage empathy
- How to overcome emotions when listening
- How to listen without feeling anxious
- When to stop listening
